Zenit’s Hulk scored an absolutely sensational solo goal in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League, while Lionel Messi found the net after a beautifully worked team goal against Bayer Leverkusen.

Cristiano Ronaldo makes the shortlist after outrageously pulling off his famous ‘Ronaldo Chop’ and smashing the ball into the top corner against Roma in the Round of 16, while Luis Suarez was on target at the Camp Nou, in which he scored with a scissor-kick which dumbfounded David Ospina.

Saul Niguez’s wonder-strike against Bayern Munich was the pick of the semi-finals, where the Spanish midfielder waltzed past four bemused defenders before finding the corner of Manuel Neuer’s net.

And rounding off this year’s UEFA Champions League Goal of the Tournament nominations is Yannick Carrasco, who came on at half-time in the final against Real Madrid to score and force extra-time.
