Reports in Spain are claiming that Chelsea are prepared to off-load Cesc Fabregas to Real Madrid.

As new Blues boss Antonio Conte continues his fulfillment as Italy manager, he’s already set to axe one of his players as Spanish outlet Don Balon are reporting that the Spaniard is not part of Conte’s plan while offering his services to Real Madrid, who’s believed to be interested in a move back to Spain.

In 2014, Chelsea acquired the services of Fabregas from Barcelona for a fee £25 million, where he enjoyed a successful debut campaign in West London guiding them to the Premier League title making an impressive 18 assists, yet only managed just the seven in the last campaign.
